Description

We’re delighted to announce that The Wheelchair Football Association’s End of Season Awards Evening will be taking place on Saturday, June 25  and held at Derby Football Club’s Pride Park Stadium.

Our End of Season Awards Evening, which will take place from 18:00 to midnight within the Pedigree Suite, will celebrate the achievements within our flagship National League and other notable achievements in Powerchair Football across 2021/22.

All attendees will be greeted with a welcome drink, followed by a three-course dinner. We will then proceed to the evening’s awards.

Who are we:

The Wheelchair Football Association (The WFA) was formed in 2005 to govern the sport of Powerchair Football in England.

We aim to ensure that Powerchair Football is accessible to the broadest number of its target audience. We promote the sport of Powerchair Football to improve conditions of life and assist integration into the game of football and society as a whole. We endeavour to provide pathways and opportunities for all with a physical disability.

All sponsorship funding is directly invested back into the sport of Powerchair Football. Areas of expenditure include game development, coach and referee development, marketing, and new equipment purchase.
